I was barely out of high school when I started playing in clubs. Keyboard players were hard to find at that time, so I always had someone to jam with. Eventually, I found David Duke (nothing in common with the racist ass down south) and my new family, the band. I saw Woody Allen and Bill Cosby in the early 60's... and played there, myself. My first night was on Tuesday, December 27th, 1966, at what they then called Hootnannies (audtion nights, if you will).
